TV3, one of Ghana’s most prominent television stations, is facing backlash after airing a video of a guest during a question-and-answer session, in which the guest claimed that the career of Africa’s most decorated rapper, Sarkodie, is “dead.”
This statement has sparked widespread reactions, with industry professionals, fans, and fellow musicians expressing their opinions on the matter. Among those voicing their displeasure is Ghanaian rapper Samuel Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal.
Medikal, who believes the station was unfair to the legendary rapper by airing the video, used strong language to express his frustration. He even went as far as to make it clear that he no longer wants his music played on TV3. His comments have made waves, with many now talking about his reaction to the incident.
